Vineyard Characteristics
Classic, uneven-aged vineyards in the Prosecco area, planted entirely on south-facing hillsides. Training system: double-arched cane.
Soil
Soft, well-structured clay soils with skeletal elements, rich in organic matter and a neutral to alkaline pH.

Vinification
Classic white vinification using a reductive technique. Fermentation on clean must at 19–21°C with selected yeasts. Secondary fermentation carried out in autoclave following the short Charmat method.
