These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of https://serreprosecco.me, operated by G J SAL, the sole distributor of Serre Prosecco.
By accessing the Website, browsing products, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation, Return, Refund & Shipping Policy.

The Website sells alcoholic beverages. By using the Website or placing an order, you confirm that:

- You are legally permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages in Lebanon
- The recipient of the delivery is at least eighteen (18) years old
- You will provide valid identification if requested during delivery
The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where age eligibility cannot be verified.

The Products listed on the Website include Serre Prosecco bottles and related items offered for sale by the Company.
Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, packaging, vintages, and promotional offers may change from time to time without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display Products accurately, but we do not guarantee that product images, colors, packaging, or descriptions will be completely identical to the delivered Product.
4. Orders
An order is considered submitted when you complete checkout through the Website.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email or on-screen confirmation. The Company reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify an order in accordance with these Terms and the applicable store policies.
The Company may refuse or cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:

The Company currently delivers within Lebanon only.

The Delivery Partner may request proof of age from the recipient. If the recipient cannot confirm that they are at least eighteen (18) years old, the shipment may not be released.
8. Cancellation, Return, Refund and Shipping Policy
All cancellations, returns, refunds, missing-item claims, damaged-product claims, and shipping matters are governed by the Website’s Cancellation, Return, Refund & Shipping Policy.

Important claim deadlines include:
- 24 hours for damaged products on arrival
- 24 hours for missing-item claims
- 48 hours for incorrect products delivered

9. No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of the Products as alcoholic, perishable, and temperature-sensitive beverages, the Company does not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse

- Opened Products
- Consumed Products
- Improperly stored Products
- Products damaged after delivery
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
