our story
Our origins lie in Combai, a small hillside village in northern Italy, within
the prestigious Conegliano–Valdobbiadene area, internationally
recognised for producing the highest-quality Prosecco. This is not
industrial terrain. It is steep, demanding land where vineyards are
worked entirely by hand, and quality is always prioritised over volume.
