Pale straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections and the typical fine and persistent perlage. Persuasive and dry to the taste and crisp on the palate, it invites toasts thanks to its slender body. Made from grapes harvested exclusively by hand and cultivated in the steep vineyards of Combai.
Excellent as an aperitif, it can also be served to open refined lunches, especially with fish dishes.
