Pale straw-yellow in colour with a fine-grained mousse and persistent perlage, it offers aromas of apple, pear, wisteria, and jasmine. The palate is velvety and creamy, with a subtle hint of sultanas on the finish. Ideal as an aperitif or served at the end of a meal, particularly with dry desserts.
