Soft, clay-based soils with good structure, skeletal components, and a neutral to alkaline pH.

Vinification
Classic white vinification with reductive technique. Fermentation on clean must at 19–21°C with selected yeasts. Secondary fermentation in autoclave following the short Charmat method.
