Well-structured clay soils with skeletal presence and neutral to alkaline pH.

Vinification
White vinification with controlled oxidation. Fermentation on clean must at 19–21°C with selected yeasts. Secondary fermentation in autoclave at 12–14°C following the short Charmat method.
